Another beautiful example of a Mint State Silver Washington Quarter. I use the philosophy in grading of looking at the coin, not the holder. If you decide NOT to purchase this coin, I will be sending it in to a major grading company to be graded. I agree with the ANI graders in giving it the MS - 67 designation. It may go even higher.
